Friendly food
Best friends Madalyn Hewson, left and Madeline Mensour, met Ancaster firefighter Dave Alliston during last month’s Ancaster Community Food Drive. Instead of requesting presents at their latest birthdays, the girls collected non-perishable food donations for the annual food drive. Food was donated by parents and students at Jack’s and Jill’s Cooperative Preschool.
