The Hamilton Aquatic Water Polo Bantam (13U) girl's team celebrates after their silver win
The Hamilton Aquatic Water Polo Bantam (13U) girl's team snagged a silver at the Ontario provincial championships.
The girls were led by Ainsle Colterjohn's offensive performance as tournament-leading scorer (20 goals), Aleah Whalen's defensive play and Harmony's Strong's performance in goal. All three were named to the tournament all-star team with Harmony also named as MVG (Most Valuable Goalie).
HAWPC has been providing fun and fitness in the sport of water polo for more than 76 years. Ranging from recreation league to the competitive high performance training at the elite levels, the club sees many of its players selected to compete for the provincial and national teams.
To try out, think about joining the summer league, which begins in early July.
