The Downtown Dundas Business Improvement Area hosts the second annual Downtown Dundas Wellness Week Sept. 15-20.
Wellness Week is a unique community "lifestyle" event showcasing a multi-dimensional, complementary view of health and wellness.
From Monday to Saturday learn how to balance your busy life with the help of merchants, health practitioners, shops and services. Watch chefs cook up a healthy treat, learn new techniques to relax and unwind. Participate in a free Nordic walking class or a spinning class, learn about the health benefits of tea and chocolate and olive oil. Seminars run throughout the week. Pick up a Wellness Week brochure at one of the participating merchants.
And don't forget to fill out a Shop, Drop and Stroll ballot to win a $500 shopping spree.
