Specially trained camp counsellors are ready to coach kids and youth ages six to 14 years. The campers will act in plays, prepare songs, dance choreography and TV commercials and participate in theatre games.

Each week offers new content so children can register for up to seven weeks.

Great Big Theatre Company’s weekly Friday performances for parents and friends encompass a wide array of costumes, props, arts and craft works to display the skills campers have developed during the week.

The camps are a great opportunity to meet new friends and develop a sense of confidence and belonging. Many campers continue throughout the years to become volunteers and full-fledged counsellors.

A leadership in training program enables teen campers to learn about and lead some of the camp activities under the supervision of hired staff. As well, they participate in the regular camper agenda and strut their own stuff during the Friday show.
