Redeemer University College presents the annual Bernard Zylstra Lecture Series with this year's lecturer as Dr. John Witte Jr.
Dr. Witte will examine the history and contemporary issues of marriage and family, tracing the transition of marriage from covenant to contract.
The public lecture, entitled Rediscovering the Fundamentals of Marriage, with open discussion to follow, will provide a forum to engender a personal and public response to strengthen traditional forms and norms of marriage.
The Nov. 11 event, from 1-2 p. m. and 7-9 p. m. is free and open to the public.
