Police have released a surveillance photo they hope will lead to the arrest of three suspects responsible for the Jan. 30 robbery of an Ancaster gas station.
Three male suspects entered the Wilson Street West Esso station at 3:15 a. m. and made off with cigarettes and lottery tickets.
They fled the scene in a red Oldsmobile Alero with chrome rims.
Investigators from the Break, Enter, Auto Theft and Robbery Unit are asking for the public’s help to identify the suspect captured in surveillance footage.
He is 25-30 years old with short dark hair and a neatly trimmed beard and moustache.
The suspect was wearing a dark grey jacket with a grey hoodie.
The B. E. A. R. Unit asks anyone with information about the suspect’s identity or details of the crime to contact Detective Constable Ryan Tocher at 905-546-8935 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
